Weighing Control Machine

The flow control scale operates with an LIW (Loss in Weight) or GIW (Gain in Weight) system, consisting of a weighing part and a processing system. In the LIW (LOSS IN WEIGH) system, the entire tank and associated discharge equipment are placed on the scale or weighed suspended. The processing system reads the weight accurately using strong filters to eliminate environmental noise, enabling precise discharge rate measurement. Feedback signals are then sent to the discharge motor system (usually an electric motor) to adjust and precisely control the discharge rate.

In the GIW (Gain in Weight) system, which is commonly used for mixing or blending batches of multiple products, the final product container is placed on the scale, and the weight increase rate is precisely controlled.

You can match your product choice with the desired budget and speed. This device uses Mardon feeding units and a suspended or floor-mounted weighing unit, with the suspended model being more accurate. In this device, the material output rate per weight unit can be specified.
